AgeWell Health Advisory works with individuals, families, and the professionals who serve them to bring health, care, finances, and family decision-making into the same conversation through Intentional Health Transparency™. Together, we create greater clarity and confidence for life’s transitions.

When families talk early, they age with greater confidence, choice, and peace of mind.

Intentional Health Transparency™ isn’t about giving up privacy. It’s about making sure the people who may someday need to care for one another don't have to start from guesswork.

Jenifer Frial

Jenifer has always believed that having someone in your corner can make a meaningful difference.

Long before becoming a Board Certified Patient Advocate, people were turning to Jenifer when they or someone they loved needed help navigating healthcare. Her years working with healthcare organizations gave her a unique perspective on how the system works, not from a clinical standpoint, but from an operational one. She knew how to ask the right questions, synthesize information, and recognize when it was time to bring the right physician, specialist, or care leader into the conversation. Most importantly, she knew how to help people feel more confident navigating the system.

That experience became personal when Jenifer helped her mother navigate cancer in 2010, and later advocated for her father as his health and care needs changed. Together, these experiences shaped Jenifer’s approach: families don’t need to know everything about healthcare to make thoughtful decisions. They need guidance to understand their options, ask the right questions, and move forward with confidence.

Today, Jenifer brings more than 25 years of experience across healthcare, HR, and technology to her work with individuals and families. As a Board Certified Patient Advocate, she helps people navigate the healthcare system, prepare for important decisions, and feel confident in the choices ahead.

Her philosophy, Intentional Health Transparency™, encourages families to begin meaningful conversations early about health, care, finances, values, and what matters most. When families make space for these conversations, they create more opportunities to understand one another, consider their choices, and move forward together.

Jenifer also works with professionals and organizations that support families, bringing a health and care perspective to conversations about financial planning, aging, family decisions, and the future.

With organizations

Jenifer partners with employers to bring greater support and understanding to the realities of caregiving, health, and life transitions. Together, they create strategies and resources that help employees navigate what matters at home while staying engaged and supported at work.

The philosophy

Jenifer believes some of the most meaningful preparation for the future begins with a conversation about health, care, values, and what matters most.

Her philosophy, Intentional Health Transparency™, creates space for these conversations to happen openly, thoughtfully, and at the right time. It helps individuals, families, and the professionals who serve them move through life’s transitions with greater understanding, confidence, and choice.
